Zune videos?

So I can't seem to figure out how to remove videos from my collection without removing them from my Zune 80GB. I've done it before, so I'm not sure what the problem is now because I have a few videos on my zune that are no longer in my collect. But for someone reason, anytime I take a file out of the "my videos" folder, it removes it from My collect and the Device as well. Which is annoying because I have to put it back on and it has to convert, or whatever.


Just to cover bases; I've tried unsyncing the videos (it's not synced now), I've tried deleting the videos while the zune is not attached (it just recognizes that they're gone when it hooks back up). I'm not sure what to do. Anyone know?

Well I had this same problem.. So what I did was find the movie i wanted to take off and I right clicked it and hit do not sync with Zune and then i took it off and it stayed on my Zune
Reply:in the software, go to settings-software-collection.


in monitered folders, you can pick all the folders you want to moniter.


say you want to move a vid from my videos to a folder called movies. next to 'video' on the software, hit add folder, then add movies.


as for the deleting, try the "never sync w/ zune' option when you left click it.


note: the zune auto syncs when you plug it in, you may be able to change that
