Streaming videos and picture quality over the web?

I want to post videos on a blog im working on but I want my videos to have the clearest crisp looking picture possible and i was wondering how its done

Is it a matter of,,,

The encription type i want to convert to?

The video editing software/clever video editing?

The type of camera your recording with (and its features) such as an HD camcorder which converts to DVD.??

Basically im looking for some hardware and or software that will enable me to make professional looking video clips with HD clarity. I want to avoid that blurry, grainy /blocky pixelated look often seen on youtube.

By the way i am very cheap but im willing to spend more if it comes down to it.

Streaming videos and picture quality over the web?
Probably the best encoder:

Best editor... Premiere, for most people.

Best {affordable} camera... one of the top four {HV20} here:

That should get you incredible quality for a reasonable price. If you want better for more money... check Avid.com or FCP and take a look at pro hd cameras. What's listed above should be your best bet though.
Reply:I will look also at the basics: shooting for web:
