Why do some videos I captured on my camera screw up?

One of the things I like about using my digital camera (which I had for a year) is capturing videos to see which video I would like to upload on youtube. Say that after I dowload the video computer, the video seems to slow down, and then it makes the movements and sounds that happen at the same time seem to get away from coalition (separate from each other). For instance (not that it really happened), but say I have a video on the computer showing that I'm with some friends at school, and I see somebody pulling the middle finger saying "F#@K YOU!", and when I play the thing on my computer, the video stops (as if it were pausing) and the sound continues and I hear the "F#@K YOU", and after that as the video continues, it speeds up and it goes pass the person pulling a middle finger, and it's obvious that sound is moving away from action. Can somebody tell me what seems to be wrong with my camera?

there's a few possibilites-

first, make sure that the video is fully downloaded from your camera to the computer, so that you can play the video without having your camera attached to the computer.

second, its a possibility that your computer is a bit too slow to play the video during the parts with higher bitrates.

go ahead and try these, they might fix your problem
