So I have an iRiver Clix 2GB mp3, and I'm having trouble putting video on it. I understand the file formatting, and I have videos that have the appropriate format (.avi), but whenever I copy a video file into the folder on my computer it doesn't go into the "Video" index of the mp3. It goes into the "Extras" folder, and I have to click "Browse Device" in order to get to it.
What am I doing wrong? How can i get my videos into the actually "Video" folder?
I'm finding this immensly frusturating.
