Unable to upload videos on Youtube! Help!?

I had been trying to upload a video consisting of 54 MB and about 7 minutes in length in Windows Media Player format but failed to do it! When I started to click on the "Upload" button, everything seems fine with the status saying my video is currently being uploading but the bad thing is I was unable to see the upload status which indicates the speed and time remaining of the uploading! I started uploading my video before starting to go to work but even after I return home from work after half a day, the video is still uploading! It seemed to take forever! Previously, I had no problems uploading videos on Youtube even if its size is close to 100 MB but I'm facing a problem with just a 54 MB clip now!

Can someone help! I need to get that video on Youtube no matter what as I created the clip specially for Youtube users to enjoy and I don't wanna waste my effort!

I have encountered similar problems with YouTube. I just keep trying a few times and have always succeeded. So, that's what recommend you do. I don't know exactly what it is, but sometimes, YouTube's server is like half maintenance mode, and sometimes, videos disappear and come back. etc. So, just keep trying. I'm sure you'll eventually get it uploaded. Good luck! :D
Reply:yeah, um, i think u have 2 have a user-name, %26amp; be signed in. (keep in mind, i could be wrong)
Reply:I just had the exact same problem and came upon your question. First of all if you don't see a percentage it's never going to upload so don't bother. What I did was signed out, navigated away from Youtube, came back, signed back in, wrote a shorter description (don't know if that had anything to do with it) and it worked. Hopefully that works for you!
Reply:If I were you I'd split it in two parts and see if that works better. Or, if you have had it uploaded before and Youtube removed it, it's impossible to upload it again, it get takes down instantly (without being 'live'). In that case, just create a new account and it'll work.

You could also try to save it as a smaller format, maybe if it wasn't as heavy it would work better. Or you'd have more time to try.

Keep it up and good luck!
