so when i use the video conversion/transfer software they give you then disconnect the e280 the videos either have no sound or no video(mostly no sound), however this may be a prblem with the videos themselves as they are youtube videos downloaded and converted to wmv, or avi. has anyone else expierienced this problem? Does anyone have a solution?
Problems with videos on my new Sansa e280 mp3 player???
I can't help you, but I've had another problem with the videos. When I go to the Sansa Media Converter application, the thing won't even acknowledge that my player is plugged in at all. It just says please connect your player. Does yours just show up?
