Putting videos on my new 8gb zune?

okay, i want to use a free video editing software to edit some videos of the office from youtube to make one big video. i am using vixy.net converter beta to convert the actual youtube vids from their URL to .mp4 formats so they will work on the zune. i really like the vixy software to pull vids from youtube, so i would prefer to keep using that.





so, basically, i want to:


1) grab from youtube using vixy to convert to .mp4


2) take those videos and use a free video editing software (i have windows movie maker if that helps) to cut out parts of the videos to make one big one


3) convert those back to .mp4 if needed to play on the zune.

I suggest you use "windows movie maker". Because "Windows movie maker" wont accept mp4's and "vixy.net" doesn't convert to wmv (which is what Windows movie maker accepts). Than I suggest http://www.zamzar.com/ It is similer to vixy but converts to wmv (but you also need an email address).


Than once you have your wmv office videos on your computer, Open "Windows movie maker" and click "import video" find all the videos and organize them into one big movie as you please. And then once your finished making your video click file%26gt;%26gt;save movie file%26gt;%26gt;select the computer%26gt;%26gt;next%26gt;%26gt;name your video%26gt;%26gt;give it a location%26gt;%26gt;next%26gt;%26gt;next again. You than should have your big video which is still in wmv format, and because your Zune accepts wmv, you get just import it into you player.

Once you go to the site, click on "URL" copy and paste the address into the bar (just like you would in "vixy.net"),%26gt;%26gt; in your case select wmv%26gt;%26gt;put in your E-mail address,%26gt;%26gt; click "convert"%26gt;%26gt;"yes"%26gt;%26gt;and wait for it to convert (depending on the size and length of the video it may take longer or shorter). Once it has finished , you can close the windows. You than have to wait about 5 min (sometimes longer) until you can check your mail. In your mail you will see one from "Zamzar". Open it%26gt;%26gt;click on the link they give you in the E-mail, and download it to your computer.
