Downloading videos?

have a Mac. There are certain videos on the internet that I can only play in Windows Media Player. Is there a way I can download the video? Remember I have a mac





i can view the videos but i want to download the video so it is on my mac. so i can just open it and it plays not that i have to go to the site. I can download videos on youtube but this video isnt on youtube and it doensnt play in the site it makes me open up windows media player
